Hi, I’m Stuart Colvin — a full-time, award-winning Realtor with over 15 years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes in Georgetown, Halton Hills, Acton, Milton, and surrounding areas.
I grew up in Milton and lived there for more than 25 years. Today, I’m proud to call Georgetown home, where I live with my wife Shannon, our daughter Makenna, and our two dogs, Shiloh and Ivy.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, I’ve played competitive hockey and lacrosse at the “AA,” “AAA,” and Junior “B” levels. Outside of real estate, I enjoy working out, volleyball, ping pong, hiking, golfing, and spending quality time with my family.
My Real Estate Journey
I began my career with Royal LePage, where I received exceptional training that gave me a strong foundation. I later joined a top Re/Max team specializing in rural real estate, where I gained hands-on expertise with country properties, including wells and septic systems.
Most recently, I joined Coldwell Banker Escarpment Realty, a brokerage known for its strong community involvement and local market knowledge, with offices in Georgetown, Acton, and Milton.
